His 20 years of experience includes extensive work in targeting strategy, CRM strategies, positioning, and new product development. Eric has worked in a wide range of categories including retail, apparel and footwear, consumer healthcare and pharmaceuticals, sports and entertainment, restaurants, and food and beverage. He has a B.A. in Mathematics from Middlebury College, a Graduate Certificate in Analytics from DePaul University and a M.S. in Operations Research and Statistics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
